Reception Tips and Pointers

Do I wear a skirt? Do I wear a swim suit? Do I wear hiking boots? Can I leave early?

Have no fear! Here are some tips that will hopefully answer your many questions :)

1. Please CARPOOL!! There is limited parking, so come with your friends :)

2. This is a backyard reception, so you will be in grass. I sugguest you leave your favorite pair of beautiful 4" heels at home and opt for those cute flats instead :)

3. Attire is Semi-formal/Sunday best, so just dress nice :)

4. Please feel free to come and go as needed! Only want to see the ceremony and eat dinner? That's great! Or maybe, you'd rather join us for some dessert and bust a move, because that's great too :)

5. Timeline/Program is as follows: (but of course, things are subject to change a little..)


6:00-6:30 = Ring Ceremony

6:30-7:30 = Dinner

7:30 = Cutting of the cake

7:45 = The "first" Dances

8:00 = Get your groove on with the Bride and Groom :D

Our Wedding/Honeymoon/Reception Details

Okay so wedding facts! Everyone wants to know the wedding facts :) Here's the order of events:

Wedding Ceremony: Tuesday, August 24th, 2010 Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Temple

Honeymoon: August 24th-August 31st. We will be spending the first night or two in Vancouver and then making our way down the coast and hopefully make it all the way to the ever so tall redwoods of cali-for-ni-ay :)

Rhea: Good afternoon world of blogging! IT'S OUR FIRST BLOG AS A COUPLE! Go us :) Ummm so we're not really sure what to say right now.
